Gabe's attempt to defend himself:

i don't even know how to begin my rebuttal- i'll just keep it brief.

this is a highly referred Dr. with years of experience, so i can only go by his word. he said specifically that vacuuming and dishes were absolutely off limits. i would have to assume that sweeping, mopping, taking out the trash, scubbing, or any other related activity is strictly forbidden. he did say that lying on my back was good and that sex was encouraged. I'm not kidding! he said that i should avoid any quick movements so i have to assume that shopping in general is off limits- there's a lot of crazy people out there- you never know when a rouge cart might be sent my way.

as for the cat- i'm feeling very generous- if any of you need a kitten, just let me know- i'm sure christy is just trying to find them all a good home. i know that she also hopes to keep the kittens close to each other and thatt bring one back to san diego is just too damaging emotionally for the kitten.

about the potential renter... here's a general piece of advice- if he's responding from a foreign country and even mentions the words "wire transfer" it's bad. plus he claimed to be a college grad and that he was being sent here to do tobacco research, but he couldn't even write properly. i mean the dude's supposed to be from England- hello, english is from there. he should know how to speak it. i guarantee it's some dude in an internet cafe in nigeria just waiting to clean out my bank account.

well- i hope your all doing well. i'm suffering through work- standing, sitting, lying down when possible just trying to get through the day. maybe if you all sent me a gift card to pizza hut or something it might make my day a little better as i lie naked on my couch watching monday night football tonight- just a thought. j/k talk to you later- gabe

And to that i say: Can all of you see the dayquil buzz in his eyes? He clearly is not making any kind of rational sense. And trust me - there will be no medicinal love making. I dont care WHAT this doctor says.

I think it would be more convincing if you didn't look like that all the time. Ha, JK.

P.S.
Carly had amazing things to say about him! This made me very happy considering the fact that I have never met your husband!!

How was I not informed about your blog?? Looks like Jess & Megan both knew about it! Oh well, I found you now!! You look sooo cute & your hubby is HOT! Way to go! I think that you'd truly become a bulldog lover if you got one. I was NOT a dog person prior to getting Mocha, and now I can't imagine my days without her. They are hilarious dogs with the best personalities. Very good training before this little bambino arrives. Thank you for my gold medal by the way ;) Can't wait to see when you & Gabe will have kiddos...those will be the best looking children known to man!

Gabe there is one thing about my neice you apparently haven't found out yet.

She lives in part by the motto "where there is a will, there is a way." You stand no chance when it comes to kitties and piggies
