Our Ultrasound today was lots of fun. Despite the tech who was apparently in a big hurry and couldnt be bothered to show us the babys face except for the skeletor shot. Oh well. Baby was pretty mellow compared to Brigitte at this point. Our videos we got are super lame, just the baby floating around. Whereas Brigitte sucked her toes, yelled, coughed, sneezed, and smiled in hers. Im taking this all as a good sign though - the mellower the better!!
Our tech did us the kindness of writing down the gender and including the bum shot picture for us and then sealing it away in this envelope.
And now its going to sit untouched and unopened in the Christmas Tree until the 26th! (we celebrate a day late to accommodate my brother and his wife to ensure they can be present for the carnage.)
Heart rate was 157, so Dr West is guessing another girl. But the tech kept calling it a HE so we shall see!
* thanks for all your input on the church situation. I did try to call the Primary President last night to smooth things over but she never called me back so i am taking that as a sign to just forget all about it. The person isnt going to apologize anyway, so I am just going to walk away from the situation.....or run away. whatever.

Sorry to hear that church lady was so rude and that it wasn't her first time yelling about young nursery kids-she yelled at your friend too. Sheesh.

ok, i was just reading your previous post and holy crap! i am the primary pres. in my ward and you need to tell your primary pres. that she needs to be released!!! if she talks to adults that way imagine what she might say to those children when she loses her patience. i'm thinking you could have a potential disaster there.....but that's just my opinion....not that you really even know me very well.
I think it's a boy. I don't believe the heart rate thing or how you carry the baby and all that. This baby's heart rate has only been very slightly higher than Corbins and I have the exact same basketball belly with both. I'm thinking blue.

I am so sorry.. I have been meaning to email you. Sorry I was so crazy and aloof when you stopped by. I had just gotten off of the phone with the SOB and then he called back while you were there. I shouldn't have even taken the call! Ugh! Anyway. Sorry you weren't around more and that I didn't get to see you or the baby. Thank you so much for the words of encouragement and the well wishes. Your family has been amazing to me.
I know I waited to find out what Zaylin was, but I don't know if I could have an envelope sitting by me! Good luck!
Also, punch the #&%@$ face at church... that's my advice. Definately say something asertive at least!!
