Shocked to announce:

Its a Boy!

7lbs 4 oz, 19 3/4" long
Looks like a BEAL!

Our little bundle of nameless joy was born at 3:30 Friday afternoon. I avoided a c-section and am feeling great! Baby is having a little trouble adjusting to life outside the womb, but I have high hopes that the all-night-long-crying will die down soon :)

Brigitte has done great with the new baby (although she cant understand how he isnt a SHE!) and Spencer has ignored him completely!
Thanks everyone for all your meals, babysitting offers, and well wishes!

Ill type up the birth story with all the details as soon as I can stay awake for longer than 30 minute increments!
And in the mean time, if you have a great name suggestion send it here! We ARE DYING over a name we can agree on.  We have until Friday at 3 to decide!!!

OK, so my FAVORITE boy name that we will never use bc shawn hates it is: Emmerson. i just love it :) so feel free to hate it or love it :)

hope you get some rest tonight. cover up your doorbell and turn out the lights so the trick-or-treaters don't wake you or cute baby boy just as you fall asleep.
XOXOXO

Congratulations!! I kept checking in to see what's going on.
A beautiful little boy. Ask Jayna what boy name she would have used. 3 beautiful gals and no little dudes for her.
I already have a Jacob (Jake) and think he is pretty dang cute. My sister Heather is prego with a boy too, and I;m curious what she names him in February.

Congrats! So happy for the good news! He looks super sweet and adorable...

I think almost any name with a "B" would sound really good with Beal - Braden, Bradley, Benjamin, Braxton.

My favorite boy name of all time is JAKE. LOVE it!

Also love GRACEN.

Good luck deciding - I am excited to hear your story!

Christy so happy for you that you were able to get baby to turn and have a natural birth....I heard you had a boy I am still holding on to my original suggestion of Landon but, just as some back up names here are a few we will not be using since three is enough for me: Paxton, Layton, Ashton, Russel, and maybe for a unique name Hudson. Whatever you name him he is so sweet and healthy and you are so blessed Congrats.

A boy!!! How fun!! You must have named him already, I'm sure. I'm so excited for you and your cute family and hope recovery goes well and that you're getting LOTS of rest. Can't wait to hear the story and how the induction starting at a zero went. You are amazing, and male cute little babies. I bet Brig is in heaven with a real baby in the house!

Congratulations Christy (and family)!! He is darling and I'm glad he cooperated with the 'turning' process. And I know you've already chosen an excellent name, but for the record, I agree with the earlier commenter that 'Braden' has a nice ring to it :).
