So we made an offer on this house on Thursday and the bank (this is a foreclosure) counter-offered today and we accepted their terms, so unless there is some crazy unfortunate occurance- this house will be ours! We are so excited- we are getting this for a steal! I can't wait to start my little project which involves converting the garage attic into a bonus room/fort (I don't even think there is enough room to stand in there, but I can't resist having a fun a home-improvement project- of course to Christy's delight!)

i'm so depressed now. we have been house shopping in La jolla, and that house would cost about 1.5 mil. sickening.
that house is amazing...Im so jealous. You probably offered 2 dollars compared to california huh? So sick. It is beautiful. When will you hear if it is officially yours? its so fun and cool to have your own place...even when its a construction zone.
Oh and as for your "band skills" it totally takes over your life. Its so fun. My bro. brought it with him for christmas and that is all we did. many many laughs Congrats on the house.

Holy Crap! It's beautiful! We're looking for a house and there is no way ours will be half that size or that cute. I'm joining the jealousy train. Choo-choo!
So exciting! I'm just glad that I won't have to stay on the "chair and a half" when I come up to visit you and your little one :)
